My starting routine: Choke out full - no throttle, quick press and start. Choke in half way after a few seconds, let it bumble for a minute or two Choke in a bit more, bit of throttle Off you go Winter and summer, no problems. CCTs - straight to the point!

Hello - my Storm is being picked up Thursday for new tyre, MOT and the CCTs looked at. So,.... what tensioners and from where? I want to advise the mechanic (I'm far from one!) on what type and make etc, keep hearing about APE but only get as far as a page on a Sudco site with no contact info. Cheer...

well I fit into the 'young in mind'. HAving not ridden for 15 years I went all sensible, got to the bike dealer as part of a family outing fully expecting to get a nice, head says good, SV650. He'd sold it the previous day, so, and this is the best bit, the wife says "well choose something else...

The Xt - that's a lie. Can't remember the name, orange Honda 2 stroke trail thing, they made a 125 but this was a 200 import. All I remember it was X 'something'. Fab bike though for getting around London, kept it 'til it fell apart.
