VFR is a heavy lump tho, bullet proof and not a bad ride but not as good as a storm.

Getting the old girl fitted with a set of dunlop roadsmarts tomorrow, although it'll be a while before they get used.

Thanks Wicky, but I was asking about the rear shocks, I've already got hyperpro fork springs in.
Got the preload backed off to 3 notches and they still feel planted, I prefer it to be a bit twitchier so think ill back the preload off altogether and see how it feels then.

Thanks, yes think I'll save a bit more and go for a nitron from Malc, unless a second hander comes up on ebay and its worth reconditioning.
