Re: Starter relay
So the replacement relay arrived but has a 15A fuse in it which isn't right. Have emailed company to find out if I can put a 30A fuse in or whether they've sent me the wrong part! Short of an answer to your email, measure the wire diameter to determine the mm2. That will tell you the amp rating of ...

Re: Advice on possible regultor replacement
Thanks guys, great advice as ever. And much appreciated. there's also a brand new one I found made by a company called MTX I's on ebay at £73 but brand new. Ever heard of it? Seems like a plug n play version, according to the blurb. There is also a pretty expensive job online made by Electrex see s...

Re: At last, a Firestorm owner!
It can be argued that this is the best choice. Fitment is a bit of a work around.

Re: Front wheel bearings
Thinking that the bearings are sealed. Pretty sure trying to force grease into them will turn out poorly. I've had my calipers off more than once and I'm still alive. Don't think they are torque to yield. If they are then the reason for new. I recall there is a thread locking compound on the bolts. ...

Compelling argument for a large sturdy vehicle.
Yes, you are going to be sore. A long soak in a hot bath with epsom salts will help.
Hope all turns out well.

Re: K&N Air filter - Jetting issue - stuttering at constant throttle
You need a known base line. Put everything back to stock and start from there. Or, https://www.superhawkforum.com/forums/technical-discussion-28/carb-set-up-24769/ As MK-WF suggested, the "surging" would indicate a lean condition. Is it really surging? A feeling of gain and loss of power? ...

Re: 2006 Petcock Kit
Maybe. The compatibility shows all years. That would suggest the the internals are the same even though the petcock is different. I'm guessing that your bike has the 19L tank, which was never used on the US imported bikes. I really don't know enough about the bigger tank to be of any help. I will ad...

What are you calling "the pump"? None of the models had a pump. Is it the petcock you are referring to?

Re: Correct (suitable) cabling/connector blocks
Possibly not a source because of the US location, but it is a good resource for figuring out what the connectors are. I have purchased from them and they are a solid seller. Also go with a quality wire, more strands of copper and cross linked insulation. The wire is going to be costly, depending how...
