I bought a new one back in 1998, back then the early fi was a little snatchy, and personally I didn't like the linked brakes much, but other than that it was a great bike. i'd say it's not as quick as a storm, certainly doesn't handle as well. but a fantastic all round bike.

New message from: gem.75 (693) Bike came to me from previous owner he said engine was a replacement from a breakers they remove engine number from cat b bikes cheers J make of it what you will, not sure about the legal aspect of putting it in a road bik...

another option would be to buy a set of carbon fibre covers, they'll cover up any marks and protect the cases if you drop it in the future.

I've seen a few people cut up std storm sprocket covers and they look bloody good. GLSR springs to mind.... :thumbup:

Anyway the answer is... Yes, No, Smith & Allen 10W40 in bulk 25ltrs, Michelin Or Dunlop, mottoblat, Mossfet, heated gloves, pinlock, all bodywork is the same all years, No 19ltr tank wont fit straight on...that should just about cover it for the common silly questions... IMO the best thing about FB...
