your lucky leewarne that's what happened to me last Saturday when I opened up my vtr to over take a car the rear wheel spun on a manhole cover then griped and spat me of damaging the mirror, indictor , broke the bar and lever, foot rest , faring can ,clutch cover and rear wheel I also hurt my side ...

Just fitted the right foothanger after my little accident, What a pain in the butt to change!!!! :o
didn't realize the the bolt holding the swing arm on need to be removed :lol:
Well finally did it with the help of a large metal bar!!! Just waiting for my wing mirror to arrive now! :D

oopsie daisy :s shouldnt be difficult parts to get. & thankfully you didnt do more damage ot get hurt... what are your tyres like?? The tyres are new only done 400 miles on them, so I can't even blame them :lol: My hip hurts but thats all thankfully, oh and my pride :oops: At least the bike is ...

Removed the right side footpeg and hanger, right side mirror changed the grips for pro grips and bronze bar ends.
All because I slid down the road this morning after the rear decided to go one way and not the way i was pointing the front wheel. :thumbdown:

still the bar ends look good :lol:

saw a yellow STORM (black is the fastest! :D ) in Frimley high street.

:sad2 Just got back from my attempt to go to work. Got to the bottom of my road started to open her up a little and she spat me off!!! Lost the rear end on a big drain cover and up and away I went. Gutted as I bloody know the drains there, I drive round it every bloody day :? Going to need some bits...

nice bike like the end cans,looks in better nick than mine Cheers, not bad for £100 ( + my old dog of a vn1500 ) couldn't wait to get rid of the old dog and when a fella offered me £1400 for it I almost snapped his hand off. Deal done in 10 mins and I rode off into the sunset on my beauty of vtr....

I have just recently changed the exhausts on my bike and needed the same thing. I went to my local Honda dealer who had these in stock. Both silencer Gaskets cost £18 + VAT (£22) That was for both!! not £22 each. :D Your lucky, I have just found the plastic bag it came in and the part number is ...
