Single rad conversion possible?

I fancy fightering my Storm, but leaving two rads exposed is a concern. Would a conversion to a single radiator be possible, if so I can't see how? Or leave them where they are but knock up some kind of protection for them? I vaguely remember this being discussed before but I couldn't find it throug...

Thanks all, finally got it removed. Put a bar against the starter motor housing on the right hand side (from the front) and gave it a couple of almighty wacks with a large brick. :) The "O" ring was in a right state and there was a load of crap in there. Cleaned up the housing and the repl...

Starter Motor Removal Difficult

I'm trying to remove the starter motor and finding it very difficult. Using plenty of penetrating oil, a bar on the casing where it goes into the engine and a large hammer. Same problem here unfortunately, bike's a bitch to start and running the battery down. Removed the boot and tried a 10 mm socket, rust was so bad it all disintegrated. :( I'm going to contact breakers to see what a starter motor will cost as knocking up a bolt will be beyond my DIY numpty skills.
