i think its most likely the slow running jets in your carbs full of sh1t, has the bike been stood a while or had crappy fuel in? i would arm yourself with a can of carb cleaner and strip the carbs and clean them up, checking everything as you go.

make sure you buy a name that you know chain wise, cheap Chinese shite is exactly that,

is it the same battery that was fitted when the reg/rec went pop? have you tried it with a different battery, may be that yours is f*****d

im pretty sure its throttle wide open with a warm engine, when ive done them ive used a car battery on jump leads to give it the extra spin

my sky + planner is set to fill up with loads of it, missus wont be happy when it takes over the space shes earmarked for depresedenders and constipation street.
