Speed error
Thanks Ian
Sounds like it's about 10% then.Shouldn't be to difficult to ride to,I thought it would be about that.
Anyone with a decent cycle computer that can varify this?

Speed error
Hi all
I'm thinking of fitting a 15t front sprocket and wondering if anyone has any idea of how much it makes the speedo over read by.(Bike is a 02 model).I don't really want to fit a cycle computer as it's just one more distraction.
Thanks
Victor

It's not easy but worth the effort.Reading other threads on this, everyone who has d...

Fairing lowers
They look like the ones I have in my loft.A mate gave them to me and when I tried them I found them to be rubbing the engine casings on both sides. They where also a nightmare to fit,I had to trim them in a few places. But the worst was rounding the first decent large round about and the r/h side deck...

Hello all
Thinking of splashing out on a Scotioler but wondering if they are really as good as they make out,and what are their down sides? Also any fitting tips would be apreciated.

CCT
Has any one with a later VTR (F2) had a problem with the CCT or does it only affect early bikes?

Forks
Thanks for the replies.
I have the groves on the fork legs but no circlips in them.I wasn't sure if the clipons are suposed to come the bottom of the groves or if there is a gap between them.

Saying hello
Just a quick note to say hello. I picked up my 03 VTR last weekend.Addicted already.First Time on a V twin and loving it.Had a 900 Hornet before it but this is far superior in every aspect.I'm looking to fit a fairing lower but not sure which one and have Honda skimped and fitted mild steel exhaust ...
