Today was the day when I finally had the time and space - garage finished, child at play group - to get amongst it with the CCT's. BiG Thank You to Sirch for the idiots guide, absolutely spot on, cheers Just one question, the flappy bit of rubber by the fuel tap - does it go down towards the shock o...

Re: Maxxis bargains
[quote="TimboSteveB, i got about 4,000 miles out of a set of M6029 (sports) and i think it fairly safe to say, i make progress :) As a comparison, i got 3,500 out of a set of BT021s on same bike.[/quote] That's reasonable for a 'sports' tyre. Thing is don't need any yet, do I buy them now and s...

Re: Maxxis bargains
Does anyone know what sort of mileage you get out of the sports and the touring?
I've used Maxxis on mountain bikes before and they were great tyres, not tried them on the motorbike yet.

Re: Ebay experts

Saying that I sent a mountain bike to Sweden, all good and just the same as if it went somewh...

If I want to take off my rear foot pegs, where can I get hangers from if I have bespoke pipes?

Re: ART Titanium HL cans fitted, the results.
I'd really like a set of high level link pipes, I see Cliveyandrews is keen to have a set made up.
Can an extra pair be done for me? How much would they be?
Cheers Steve

Re: Down on my butt again! poor firestorm
Seb, brave man out there in this weather, but bad luck on the spill, even low speed ones cause damage. As LSM said, get a light / easy to crash winter bike.......if its not to late. If it is any concilation I was out on a 6hr competition on sunday in Shropshire on my trials bike [no seat, open face...
