I've got a D208 rear on mine. Done about 3k on it. Bit soft (its flattening off) but then I'm no scratcher and haven't touched the outside edge yet! Having done about 6k on the VTR since my last bike (a Velocette in 1967!) I'm really just starting to wind it up, but Its performed well enough for me ...

The problem is that as you get older:
A) everything hurts more!!
B) acting like a pratt feels like you're doing just that - and if it doesn't the other half will soon set you straight!

Honda Service Shocker
Stopped taking mine to the local Honda Dealer after first service. I'd do it myself but (I guess like most people) want the "stamp" in the book. So I take it to a bike guy that I've known for ages (in fact he also does the lad's Go-Kart - a stroker). Its the same with cars. Hopefully the b...
