Trolley Jack

Just a quickie guys. Is it ok to jack the front of the bike up using a trolley jack under the engine - with a piece of wood in between. New front tyre needs to be fitted. Thanks.

Is there a drawing on the forum for the Haynes DIY tool that lets you back off the cct tension. Too tight to buy the manual ! Already have the Honda manual on disk. Thanks.
