How do you navigate to the site each time? I'm guessing that you are using a shortcut or a saved favorite kink that uses a plain http:// link. When you log in, the redirect will use https:// . It may not seem like a big difference but it is to your browser. The site should only create a cookie asso...

Re: Logging in
Clean out your browsers cache (locally stored web paves) and delete the cookies associated with the VTR1000.org domain. After that you should be able to log in ok.alanfjones1411 wrote:Can't log in on my laptop but can log in on my mobile phone. Any ideas?

Re: Portal
I am planning on updating the forum software to phpBB3.2 and the portal isn't compatable with it so I thought I would disable it now to get the pain out of the way.
If you keep getting the error message then go into your browsers cache and clear it out. That should get rid of it.

Re: Goodbye all
Just a quick goodbye to all on this great forum. I've sold my firestorm with much regret to a fantastic local gentleman whom I'd to think will cherish my old 'storm. Many thanks for the help I've received and drawn from this forum. The vtr was my first vee twin and she had such an impact that maybe...

Re: Optimate socket etc.
The optimate lead usually has a 10A fuse on it. There is no problem plugging something else in that socket when you are not charging the bike but I would either change out the 10A fuse for something more appropriate or fit a lower in-line fuse in the lead that you are plugging into it. On my V-Strom...

Forum outage - Friday 17th Feb 2017
Apologies for the lack of service today. The problem was at the internet service providers end but what ever happened managed to corrupt some files that the forum software uses. Thankfully I had made a backup yesterday and was able to restore a clean copy of the files. The posts on the forum should ...
