This weekend i read the extracts from the Barry Sheene biography that came with Two magazine.It really took me back to when i was a 12 year old kid in 1980 and i met Kenny Roberts at the bike show.It was because of Sheene and Roberts that i probably got into bikes in the first place.Im gutted hes go...

VULCANISING

Take it from me (I used to work in a tyre shop,mainly on bikes)the only reason they wont vulcanise your tyre is because they cant be arsed to do it.Take it somewhere else mate.

FAT GIT/HANDLING

Im considering a Fireblade fork conversion but would a revalve be sufficiant or maybe Ohlins progressive springs.Has anybody tried any of these out (stupid question).Help :?

I'd just like to say hello to you all as i'm a new member and to say the review didnt put me off.I traded my XJR in today and got a really nice red VTR that doesnt handle like a two wheeled London taxi.
