The powdercoating is done by a friend at his work place, anything I have done in the past has been masked in the same manner and with no problems after he said it'll be fine. It is only an oven at the end of day.. I have had three sets of wheels done, the frame, subframe, swingarm, levers, footrests...

There is a feature about this fella in MCN and what he done to get it.. little bit interesting knowing the bike is standard engine wise but all he had done was to lose as much weight as possible and the years of going around and around the circuit.

Look nice, any chance of having the face of the larger one so there are no holes around the hex area? Or would you be able to do a custom design for a premium?? If you can draw what you'd like to be different or describe to a good detail that I can understand, then I can't see why you couldn't have...

Just before I depart on a short break can I ask what most people would be happy to buy these things at so I can check if it is worth making more?

This would be in either Titanium or as per previous post Stainless... Aluminium would obviously be cheaper.

is that all happening in your own premises or is your boss super understanding? ? Luckily I am the boss of this workshop and also have a very understanding boss with regards the company overall.. he doesn't mind things like the projects etc as long as they don't impact production for the other cust...
