thanks for the feedback, could the issues you have listed have any thing to do with the battery issue i was having, still having to be honest. if i ride with the main beam on for a long period or use my heated grips when i come to start the bike up after its been stood for a period after it struggle...

I am probably wrong on this one as im sure i have seen bikes with the HID lighting but im sure i have read somewhere that they are illegal on bikes.. but what you said might be the reason why ... i only read some where and i very rarely read all of something unless it has pictures so its just an une...

this is the thing, every time i hear good words about the maxxis tyre they are always from some one who hasnt used them..

im still yet to speak to some one who used to use a high end road tyre and tried the maxxis in both wet and dry..

i read on a rideout forum for this neck of the woods a group ride out method so no one gets lost.. never tried it so cant vouch for how it works in practice but it reads ok.. i feel the pressure go from the clutch lever then come back but even after pressure is returned in the clutch the engine is fully engaged. Surely then thats an issue in the master/slave cylinder or clutch line - maybe needs bleeding due to air in the system or a leak ? Bring it over, got some fluid...

update, some one suggested seeing how the clutch was after the new oil, sadly no better if not worse than before.. been gentle with her after just getting her back on the road since the spill, on the way back home today gave it a bit o a thrashing and checked the clutch while at HIGH revs dip the cl...
