So the bike's all ready to go. In order to make life more interesting, I'll strip it all apart tomorrow to fit a manual fan switch to try to get a head start on it overheating in slow (sub 35mph) traffic. I'll then be able to start the fan a bit earlier than it would automatically come on. Same stri...

When I ran USD blade forks I had the 6mm spacer fitted, it only tankslapped twice in many thousands of miles, and both times I had provoked it, leant over with the throttle wide open running over catseyes.

Even then it stopped pretty quickly and re stabilised.
