strange cold starting problem
up until a few weeks my storm started from cold instantly ,no problems for over a year but now it struggles to turn and start from cold . how ever from hot it will start first thing over and over again no probs at all New battery in 14.3 volts going into it with lights off , so i am stumped not sure...

Thank you Its a 2001 Millie 15000miles just had new tires front and rear titanium Remus can ,shorty levers , new chain and sprockets and a new battery 12months MOT HPI clear . it is not a R but at less than 2 grand im happy

Thank you i am moving to another garage because the plonker who ran the storm over parks his car about 20ft away and i don't trust him not to do it again

Had a pair on for over a year now a lot better rear vision well worth it if being safe is your main need dont look to bad at all .
Plus have found that if your bike is knocked over by a tw@ in a car they provide good crash protection

Yes it has and still is super reliable and before it got trashed i was loving it had it almost five years and has never failed to start since doing the RR and battery mod. the engine is great i just wish the rest was a bit more racy looking . The wish list so far is RSV Millie , Storm , TL1000s, RVF...

Well the other party s insurance has just paid out :beer: £1350 plus i keep the bike so sort of all right but still leaves a bit of a bad taste in the mouth .going to spend a few £s on it but not a lot as its going to be my work hack from now on . So what do i get now got around £2 to £2.5 grand...

Ok got the assessor coming to give me a valuation of the bike for my pay out is there any point giving it a wash and polish or do they just go on year and mileage

I to am thinking of getting one ,As far as I can see they seem to suffer from some electrical issues sprag clutch on the starter can fail (expensive ) Battery reg rec fail , starter solenoid etc but apart from that not bad. funny how the storm has battery and reg problems as well .
