agreed, my sp60 got me a 3pointer and £45, in fairness it was 92mph on a 70 d/c. very nice man understood the conditions and reccomended take the offer. He said , take it to appeal and you could end up worse off.
so I took the fixed penalty and avoided court.

if memory serves me, the law allows you to be 10% over, to allow for such errors.
