Re: what have you done to your "bike" today
Had my first ride with the bar risers fitted ! Most certainly more comfy and just felt a better overall riding position. Although only 20mm high they make for a notable improvement :D Secondly ….. I errrrr drilled 6 holes in the end of each exhaust  Works for me :D Sounds great and rather loud ...

Started to build an Ark

Re: Rev 3
You could get an Earth sticjer for the fuel cap :P Sorry I couldn't resist when I saw you sig  The bike is looking great. I like the colours and the carbon parts will really balance things out but that frame is crying out for a carbon protector. Haven't you heard that I should only be allowed ...

Re: Top box
Went out first time with the top box fitted. My main concern was it making a difference to the handling with wind drag ect. The effect is surprisingly slight. I could feel it but only just. I only reached speeds of about 90 so the difference could be more at faster rates. To all intents and purpose...

Re: Vtr fuel consumption
Speaking of fuel consumption :D I went out on sunday, and while out I noticed my rear tyre was errrr cracking up, through errrr a lack of rubber  I obviously decided to make sure I was easy on the throttle as not to tear away the last remaining tad of rubber. Which would leave me running on the...

Re: pillion on a track ?
I've never seen it but I think Ron Haslam still does them. One serious reply at least lol But I just wanted to take a pillion out on a track. I did not think any would allow it but thought I would ask. I think perhaps the only place would be the Nurburgring ring. So maybe that is the solution. :D

Re: pillion on a track ?
Don't take this in the worst way mate but why would you be taking a pillion on a track unless you are quite an accomplished rider? (even then why?) I think people usually go a bit harder and test more on a track.... Which means you are more likely to fall off. A risk many take and its their own ris...
