Bike looks cool, was joking, too much wine me thinks. I fitted one of those back lights and did have a bit of concerne, not really about getting pulled but getting knocked off due to not being seen properly.

carbs are out of balance, you need some HC pistons and a 4 cams and the back light is not legal as when you get punted in the side you will be nicked as you can not see the lights unless you are directly behind, apart from that it looks cool, like the front end too.

Are you using the resistors in series to drop the voltage so that you do not pop the led's on over voltage? if so then you need the max current draw of the led's (probably between 20 and 30 mA) and the design voltage and max voltage (probably 3v and 5v respectively). Ian, there is no rubber bush!, the outer area of each bearing is protected by a dust seal to keep the grease in and the water out but no rubber bushing at all.
