Bike looks cool, was joking, too much wine me thinks. I fitted one of those back lights and did have a bit of concerne, not really about getting pulled but getting knocked off due to not being seen properly.

carbs are out of balance, you need some HC pistons and a 4 cams and the back light is not legal as when you get punted in the side you will be nicked as you can not see the lights unless you are directly behind, apart from that it looks cool, like the front end too.

it could be the cold weather as the carbs are prone to icing and the pilot jets get affected. Bike leans off and then starts back firing. Or if you have fitted cans or k&N then the pilotn air screw mixture may be too lean and need backing off slightly. Never had this (for long apart from in the ...

do all my m6 bolts to 10 to 12Nm including cct ones. The other thing to remember is you must have a really low scale torque wrench, have 4. If I use the 4Nm to 20Nm one and set it at 12Nm and then test it against a 10Nm to 54Nm one the large one actually puts 14 to 15Nm on the bolts which would dama...

My 1p's worth. Are you using the resistors in series to drop the voltage so that you do not pop the led's on over voltage? if so then you need the max current draw of the led's (probably between 20 and 30 mA) and the design voltage and max voltage (probably 3v and 5v respectively). Get these figures...

Ian, there is no rubber bush!, the outer area of each bearing is protected by a dust seal to keep the grease in and the water out but no rubber bushing at all. If one of the bearings has collapsed it would look like a bush but it's just the seal. Are they are main honda dealership? I may have a one ...

The spindle bolts up hard to the left leg (all looking from front of bike) and then the right leg floats on the spindle as it has the same bore all the way through as the spindle. Clean up the inside of the leg at the bottom and the spindle end, do up all the bolts apart from the two allen pinch bol...
