So as I begin to examine my new VTR project I'm finding the usual mix of surprises. Apparently holding the tail light on with a single decking screw bodged with a washer and a bit of rubber tube is acceptable. I wonder what the part number for that is? I've seen worse colour schemes! The rear light is meant to be a little floppy to stop filaments breaking too often.
