Re: Chain riveter/splitter

I’m a motorcycle technician/mechanic, and I’ve been using my oxford one for about 12 months now. Can’t fault it. Quality tool, at a great price. Even has a spare pin in the handle if you ever need it...... Just make sure that you fully thread the adapter pieces into the other moving part (you’ll get...

Cheeky bugger ;). Whilst I love white wheels, I don’t think they’d work for this build. Next one maybe ;)

Re: Project bike time!

UPDATE TIME! Wheels have been dropped off to the powdercoaters. The coater I’ve been recommended has done some work for work, and it’s always looked good. They’re also exceptionally cheap. I’ve asked for a light gold, and look forward to seeing what I end up with! I’ve also decided to pull the bike ...

Rear coil mount position

Heya all, As the title says, does anyone have a picture of where the rear cylinder coil mounts? Mines currently cable tied under the seat (not my repair!) and as I’m pulling the subframe to powdercoat it, I’d like to mount it in a proper position once done. OR, is it worth me just doing the stick co...

Re: Project bike time!

Right! Little update with no pics I’m afraid. I’ve decided to go gold on the wheels..... not a deep gold but more of a silvery gold like the Marchesini wheels on the new sp2. Also, took delivery of a new side fairing mount from MacV2.... ONE DAY TO ARRIVE AFTER PAYING. Awesome guy and awesome servi...

Re: Project bike time!

Had an insane day in work today, so not much done! Did manage a test fit of the rear wheel, just to make sure o got the right one! C45EFEB2-B747-4949-B031-62A7D59D0BD4.jpeg I did! Even with no tyre and in totally the wrong colour I think it looks so much better than the three spokes. Cannot decide o...
