Re: Header heat protection.

What is the benefit of covering the downpipes with this kind of stuff?
I have seen many times in " cafe racers", but thought that the only reason was the "cool look"

Re: Water and oil temperature

I bought them here. https://rspec.co.uk/gauges-52mm-clear-black-face-series-c-3_134/ Nice quality items, ( I have changed now the white volt meter for a black one also) I tested before some cheap chinesse gauges, wasted money, they vibrate all the time, and they aren´t accurate. About the oil temper...

Re: Water and oil temperature

I use small steering stop spacers to avoid hitting the handlebar against the fairing, ( not modified fairing), the gauges are not a problem by itself.I have changed now the white cheap volt meter for a black one ( like the pressure and temp oil) The TPMS is a Chinese aliexpress plug and p...

Re: Water and oil temperature

I opted for this on mine..

I used a " sandwich" between the engine and filter to install the senders. It´s needed to fit the engine cover to size due to the increased length of the oil filter.

Re: Seat

I selected the standard one, but yes, the rear seat seems a little longer. I had 3 options when I ordered it. - Send the old seat, and wait 4 weeks. - Pay 20 extra €, then they send a new seat and I return the old one - Buy a complete seat, ( expensive, about 140 € more) Finally I bought a used seat...

Re: Anyone fitted longer throttle cables

I put vfr ones on a year or two back, just never got round to fitting longer cables. They're ok as they are, just a tad short on full lock, so it's rarely noticeable You still routing them round the front of the forks ? Try changing to run behind the fork... +1 I had to do that when installed the S...
