i just read it. iv long since ditched the return cable.. but iv also found the lighweight flywheels, at least the skinny latte ones iv done have increased the engine braking? seems to be less rotational mass pussing the engine on when you chop the throttle. I wouldn't have thought you needed them if you asked me. Now seeing the covers fitted it finishes the bike just right 8) 8) You were lucky to find the C/F frame covers, Chris. They are hand made by a guy in Poland I think he's a member on the firestorm group on Facebook his company name is RAD hand...
