Wheel rim change

Hi, had a look around the site looking for any suggestions on wheel rims, so could anyone tell if there are any rims from other bikes that are a straight swap? Possibly blade, cbr600 etc?? I need a set of anything to fit some track day tyres on so do not mind the design

Cheers Mike

Rear shock unit

Hi, are there any better rear shock units from other bikes that will fit with no mods needed? Such as one from a sp1/2? Looking at a cheaper way of improving rather than paying for ohlins etc
Cheers Mike

Re: Carburettor problems

Only have the Haynes, is this on the carb or on the cylinder head? The reason I ask is there is a discoloured tube coming from a the cyl head with a bolt screwed in the end, it does not look like a factory fit. The vacuum tube coming from the same point on the rear cylinder goes to the fuel tap

Re: Thanks for the ad

Thanks for the welcome. When I owned one between 2000 -5 I fitted art cans but these were way to noisy for so fitted some scorpions which were much better. I will try taking out the baffle on the originals. Thought there might of been a lot more used cans on ebay, plenty of originals but no used rac...
