No, the internal spring is broken and is impossible to find an equivalent

2, Is there a new revision of the tensioners that is stronger?
NO honda still make the same design :oops: :oops:

3, Is a manual tensioner a permanent solution?
YES, but the tension must be checked

Pretty common in high performance applications like SuperMoto. I have ridden quite a while with a much worse front disc. It doesn't tear apart immediately, but if it does you'll likely crash. In Germany you'll loose road approval when the TÜV notices that damage. I'd have a look for a new or used o...

found some tiny cracks on the rear disk, like this:
