this is what i have mine has one 5 wired plug and an earth, Ive had a look on Ebay and the prices seem to vary wildly from £6.45 direct from china upto £120, I was in a dealers today and the guy phoned his supplier who gave a price of £45 for a chinese one and £80 for a jap one ( the dealer didnt re...

checked the voltage with warm engine new battery headlight on fullbeam at 5000 revs reading was low 13.45v which according to the manual is too low would this still indicate the reg rectifier?

any one else experienced a loud whistling noise with smoke and fumes coming from their battery ? mine did this recently while out on a run luckily i had purchased a new one a few days before as i suspected the battery wasnt as strong as it had been. I took my wifes bike and went home got the replace...

im thinking of getting these https://www.topyokes.uk/honda-vtr-firestorm-topyoke-superbike-comfort-streetfighter-handlebar-kit/ if anyone has used these or similar can they tell me if they were able to use the original throttle cable, i can see that i would have to change the clutch and brake hoses ...

bikes got the back end back on started it up and the drip dried up, let it run till the fan came on a couple of times, checked the next day still no drip, so everything good for now :thumbup:

drip is hanging on the end of what looks like a metal connection between the rear cylinder head and the small hose that connects to the thermostat housing , cant really see it too well and cant start the bike coz all the electrics are disconnected and the fuel tanks full to the brim so i aint taking...

ive just noticed a slight leak from what looks to be a small hose from the thermostat cant be 100 %sure, question is the bike has been sitting on a rear paddock stand for a few weeks while the subframe was away getting powder coated i was wandering if there was an overflow or something that could be...

Hi new here ,im about to tackle balancing the carbs for the first time, had the bike for over a year just recently changed the plugs and filters probably should of balanced the carbs then but didnt. Anyway bike has started cutting out at roundabouts and at lights etc, so probably needs balanced. My ...
