I have a known good std stator for sale with the alternator cover casting for £35 posted. Also an R1 reg/rec for £20 posted, you'll need to solder and crimp blade terminals onto your loom, though. Also someone on here will be able to tell you what bikes have compatible ones, you need to do a bit of wiring, crimping etc, but its not too hard to fit, just not much room, also theres an alternator for sale on ebay for 37 quid ! :thumbup: I think I could manage the wiring (he says optimistically)...

My standard storm rectifier has fried my stator! I have found 'larsson' stator's on ebay for 1/4 of the price of a Honda 1.
has anyone heard of these?
And are they anygood?
Or would I b better off with a second hand honda stator?
