Re: Indicator delay
Just did mine yesterday, the indicators had stopped working, MOT looming, took the switch off cleaned it and they now work. There is a slight delay however, the relay clicks a couple of time before the indicators actually come on, so might change the relay as well for what they cost.

Re: Bar Risers...
Thanks for your help. Look forward to seeing how the Sv bars fit. Found out That david Silver can get the F2 bars, so might be a simpler job but would welcome the feed back on the F2 bars
Thanks

Re: Bar Risers...
are there any mods required with the VFR bars. Don't mind doing the brake lines etc, just wondering whether they'd go in with any additional brackets or mods to the fairing.
Thanks

old gent in sports car
An elderly gent bought a new sports car and drove along reaching 120mph. "amazing" he thought. Then he saw a police car behind him with blue lights flashing, I can get away from him he thought as he reached 150mph Then he though I'm too old for this nonsense so he pulled over, pulling in b...

Re: Regulator Rectifier Charging System Diagnosis Checks
Now that's what you call a proper flow chart, should be able to fix anything with that bad boy.
I've found the one I used on the web

Re: Regulator Rectifier Charging System Diagnosis Checks
I've got a flow chart, fault finding on the charging system, I found pretty useful when my regulator failed. It's in pdf format, but I've no idea how to post it. If it's of any use let me know how to do it and I'll post it.

nottingham ring road
Nottingham ring road used to have bike friendly average speed cameras, pointing towards the front of the vehicle, over the past few months most of these have been changed, to capture the image from the rear. I understand the rest will be changed shortly.

Thanks for the warm welcome and banter, much appreciated, you guys seem to have issues with colour, Honda only made VTR's in other colours to make the red ones look good!!!!!!!!! http://www.vtr1000.org/phpBB3/posting.php?mode=reply&f=23&t=38380# Smiley, we're nearly neighbours, will have to ...

another newbie from nottingham
Hi All Signed up a couple of months ago. So it's long over due that I introduced myself, I've been a VTR owner for 16 years, still love it. Looking to have runs out with other VTR's and soak in the noise. I come from the Beeston area of Nottingham. Looking forward to some runs out when the weather p...
