Just seen your add 'wanted' for front subframe, I know its very very naughty as I've not had 50 posts (45 now :lol: ) but do you mean the main frame? if so I have one here doing nowt but hanging on a wall.....

I think you answered yer own question, it's not recomended putting a new chain on old sprocket, the old front sprocket WILL have worn to the old chain even though it looks ok, usually gives the tight slack chain issue you have. :thumbup: I really doubt the output shaft will be bent

I followed some out today around the Wetwang/Driffield area, made me chuckle when a cheeky chappy coming the opposite way to the bikesafe copper and co promptly hoisted a monster wheelie on I think Gxr1000 then waved as he passed - :Worship:

well after spending the day at Olivers mount, Barry Sheene memorial meeting, I really liked the 6(i think)cylinder Hondas, absolutely ear splitting, but then I also liked the open piped Manx Nortons...... and the TZ's oh and the odd vtwin Duc... oh it was all just good. :confused

Think my recently aquired vtr has had a rear head on't front too? I've got a spare engine and the front head on it had no blanking cover over what would be the tensioner hole should it be on the rear, but the engine in the bike has been blanked....... 8O It has had the manual tensioners etc done yea...
