rims

Ive bought a vfr800 5 spoke front rim and a 5 spoke one for the back off a blade. Tyre sizes match and bearings are the same size and part no. going to try it all together soon. will let you know

Nice mod. Have to say i still have a superfour as well (vtec engine on it) and that again has a hazard switch, and i do find them handy. I alternativley spent £300 on a datatool S4 alarm which when both buttons are pressed on the fob gives you hazards, how cool is that. Bit more costly mind

still same problem

Thanks for the help so far. Turned out the breather pipe was getting pinched by the aftermarket belly pan went for a spin after re routeing the pipe and blowing through to make sure it was clear and still the same problem. It does compleatly die on me sometimes but always cuts back in before grindin...

Cutting out onto one cylinder but only at high speed 80+ ???

Bike runs fine in first 4 gears no problem and at any rev range in those gears, tried it under load and all sorts and its fine . Get over 80 ( which means 5/6th ) and then thats when it starts to cut out onto one cylinder. It just will not go. seems to be worse when your on a steady throttle (just o...

Thanks for the help folks. It hasnt done it for two weeks (ride it everyday). I think it was sat for a while before i bought it, dont know if that would contrabute to the backfire or not. if its starts doing it again ill get it sorted

What to look for on a storm

Im going to have a look at a firestorm on saturday and was wondering what i should look out for (problem wise) on the bike. sort of common faults or faliures. Its on an S plate and has done 11000 miles. Hope you guys can help. P.S ive read the topic on cct.
