Re: Aftermarket LED Taillight+Signal -98-05 - How to wire?

When I got out to the garage, I started thinking "maybe I accedently touched one of the other connectors when I did my initial search for the signal wire.. So I remeasured everything and lo and behold.. The signal wire was the Green+Yellow (for whatever reason.. This is not according to the sch...

Aftermarket LED Taillight+Signal -98-05 - How to wire?

Hi. Here's the product http://i.ebayimg.com/00/s/NDcwWDYyMA==/z/CV0AAMXQO21RtZkQ/$T2eC16dHJHQFFhb,3g!zBRtZkQYpEw~~60_12.JPG First off, I won't be using the turn signals in this integrated light because I recon they don't properly show which way you're turning. (also, I don't fancy them really) Now t...

Re: sad news. a fellow storm rider needs our help.

Can't PM you for whatever reasons.. That said, I haven't been a member for long.. Or even had a drivers license for that long.. But i'd like to spare whatever I can to help out because I imagine that, if I ever get into trouble, the people around me would support me in any way they can, big or small...

Found this today, not sure if the nerd inside me think this is a complete rape act against the bike or a nifty little thing he's done..

Re: [Semi-Spoiler-Alert] MotoGP Netherlands

Yea that was messy. Even worse was the unsafe release on Karel Abraham.. almost running over poor Pol Espargaro!
Haha jumped out of my seat on that one, classy Abraham tho trying to apologize right after and "giving" the position to Espargaro..

[Semi-Spoiler-Alert] MotoGP Netherlands

Haha, the whole first 15 min of the race really gave me some good giggles.. These comentators really made an already interesting race quite funny.

Here's a clip comparing "How to switch bikes"
Yamaha Vs Honda (I might be a bit bias here I'll admit):

Re: I know this has been asked many times

It's thirsty? sh1t haven't noticed haha! :o Me and my old pops drove a couple of runs last summer, one being a ~250km (give or take 10-50km) route. He had to fill up once (22 litre Kawasaki GPZ) and was almost out of gas when we came home. I was still running on my first tank all be it on fumes :cla...

Re: my engine don't wan to run over 3500 rpm :(

Most definetly a wrong air/fuel mixture issue. I'd bet if you were extremely careful/gentle on the gas you'd be able to go higher on the revs, but it would go unclean as hell and probably ain't good for the engine if overdone. As people have said, check the vacuum tubes and the carburetor offsets, i...

Re: Anyone a thermodynamics expert?

It's not called KERS for nothing- although the spelling has changed from the traditional CURSE. Red Bull, McLaren, and a fair few others have KERSed the rules. However, energy recovery system shave come a long way, but if you end up developing the bike equivalent of the Prius Smug, I will kick you ...

Re: Are We All Balancing our Carbs Wrong

Well, i actually got the carbs on the bench while refitting a new chain tensioner.. Want me to give it a go? Would need a guide tho on which are the vacuum hoses :) Besides the obvious gas blasts (which sounds absolutely amazing when gearing down and letting go of the throttle) I have a few theorie...
