This might be worth a look mate, although I know it's not black or silver! Not too far away from you either really. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2003-HONDA-VTR1000-F-2-FIRESTORM-BLUE_W0QQitemZ260259790409QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item260259790409&_trksid=p3286.m14.l1318 Almost bought it myself the other week...

Hi Ben, I felt the same when I had the storm(ie. getting long in the tooth,etc...) and decided to upgrade to a 2003 Rsv Mille. You have to realise that the Mille is a total different experience to the storm. The riding position is very much 'over the front,' in fact I personally think more so that m...

Yeah, you'd def be impressed wi a Speed Triple! All the low end grunt of a twin but with more power higher up in the rev range too.
And....
It just so happens that I have one available....
Have a look at ebay item 200205763288 if you're interested. :D

Cheers,
Davie.

Agree with all lee67 has said. I went from a SV650 to a Firestorm a few years ago and loved every minute of it with no regrets what so ever! Storm is a much under-rated, fun bike in my opinion and actually still have my regrets that I ever sold mine! :( You should be able to pick up a great bargain ...

Hi Kaz, how you keeping? Well due to a recent change in job it looks like i'm goin to have to change my bike for something of a bit less value to free up a bit of cash for a cheap wee run around second car. To be honest, i've always missed my storm and feel the beckoning of another coming on!...

Hi Tattie,
The RSV certainly is a totally different bike to the storm and will take me a while to get anywhere near as confident on it, as I have done the storm!
My RSV is in silver but David Finnie got a black one the week before me so it's most probably him that you've seen.

Cheers,
Davie.

New bike!

Well, i'm afraid to say the time has come for me to put the Storm up for sale. However, I've just replaced it with a mint condition 2003 RSV Mille! Picked my new bike up last friday and what a machine it is! Requires a lot more commitment from the rider than the storm and will take me a good bit o g...
