Ccts are done and the noisy hamster on a wheel has done one so engine is nice and quiet now cheers again darkember for the cap would of been knackered without that. I have just bought some manual ccts and will be fitting them this weekend so autos are in there atm and there is a loud rattle doesn't sound good anyway sounds like a hamster is living in there going round on a squeeky wheel lol that's no joke :\

I need to change my automatic tensioners on my firestorm for manual ones. any ideas were the best and cheapest place to buy them from are?? i have looked on ebay and cheapest i can find is £68 each so looking at £136 for the 2 mabe this is the cheapest but thought would ask you guys first
