cleaned all the winter crap and oil off the pegaso, give it a service and its still running sweet. the blue one i can do nothing with because im at the stage i hate, the bit that other people have to do for me like making up new graphics for the tank, which cant go on until the painter paints it :ro...

iv long since junked the thermostate, takes a bit longer to heat up but that i can live with. one less thing to break.. as for temps. away in the back of my mind i seem to rememeber reading on a spec sheet for race vtr engines the temp thats needed is 78 degrees. il have to look and see if my memor...

i knew i had seen it somewhere in the back of my mind. on the spec sheets for the race mori engines from Revolution racing the operating temp is indeed 72-74 degrees.. :thumbup:

iv also bought a cat b bike in the past and the engine number was fine........ somebodies on the make id say, maybe not the seller but somewhere down the line some scrote has stolen that bike. :redface

bloody love this bike :D . id also vote for 17" wheels running the likes of Dunlop mutant tyres for the flat track look.

ps. did we ever find out what bike the petrol tank came from???????????

another vote for carbon covers, dead easy and no faffing about

i did polish part of mine on my last one and just used fine wet and dry then autosol to polish it.
