We went up to a Travel Inn Sat night at Junc 16 and finished the journey eary Sunday. It started to rain just as we came off the M1 so we did get a bit damp arriving. However as we were in the VIP suites at Goddard we were very dry and comfy all day 8) (not to mention, fed, watered, looked after etc...

Ben I agree, it does make for smooth riding, I know I rarely use my brakes to slow, only to stop and I've always found the engine to be incredibly smooth running. For me its a confidence thing, my riding is in a rut, mainly cause I've been down the road so many times. It kills me to see my bike(s) i...

two cans = twice as cool 8)

seriously though, lookswise and soundwise you can't beat twin cans

Personally I'd think it was a crying shame

Would you like someone to come along and a reduce something you have two of to one :?: :o

Turned out to be a slower speed spill than she expected, aparted from wounded pride the young man was OK. Assuring him that it didn't look quite as embarassing as he thought, she left him waiting for the AA to collect him and his now sadly damaged Storm. With a flick of her hair and a sympathetic sm...

Well I refer to all my bikes as "he's"

the Storm is strong and demanding
the ZZR is comfortable and reliable
the Geep is a bit ugly but has character

and they all do as I say 8)

not really big enough!

Stu Thanks! 8) Well a girl needs choice! The ZZR was my dream bike, but in reality its a bit of a big heavy beast to ride, steady enough for a first bike but for me anyway it restricts how much my riding can and will advance, hence I looked for something that actually liked going round corner...

Stu I'm surprised as its an insurance repair that Fins are even suggesting repairing the fairing as opposed to replacing. As to condition - you don't accept the bike back until you are happy with it under ANY circumstances! I know a guy got his ZZR back completely different colour, silly bugger sign...

yeah ok they would suit the Storm better. "Grab yourself a stanley Knife and a tin of your mums hair spray. Slit the old rubber length ways and peal it open like a bannana. Then cover the bar with hairspay until it's dripping wet and shove your new grip on as fast as you can before it dries. T...
