Re: Pain in knees when riding
I might have to give it a try if it persists. I am assuming it takes a while for it to take effect?

Decal kits....
How many of you have decal kits on your bikes? I currently have some stickers on the belly pan and the white ones on the tail and nose. I have been looking into some new stickers as the belly pan needs repainting so I was thinking about re stickering the whole lot. I currently have 2 options in mind...

Re: Pain in knees when riding
Now you mention it, it may have had something to do with getting damp. It did rain just before we got to llangollen. Did not feel overly to wet but it could have been a factor. I believe I have the 3mm spacer under the rear shock which was fitted by the bloke before me. How would you go about raisin...

Re: Number plate bracket Tail tidy
I did wonder if there would fail MOT. I had a set on my SV where 1 side light would turn off as the indicator came on. Soon changed it back to the origional indicators so I did not want to risk it at MOT. There are some fine rules with the MOT manual which can not easily be desifered and so is easy ...

Re: Number plate bracket Tail tidy
Good idea those number plate indicator lamps but I could not have them hanging off the back like that. Would have to try to get them in the fairing somehow. You not thought about the indicator/brake light LED lamp for the rear. Still not sure if they would pass MOT though ![Confused :?](./images/smilies/icon_confused.gif)

Re: Pain in knees when riding
I had looked at those foot pegs already but was unsure on the ground clearance. I was thinking about some thin billet pegs and the would lower my foot by a few mill? But then thought the vibrations would cause a bigger problem. I try to keep moving on the bike, standing up and moving my legs ect whe...

Pain in knees when riding
Evening all. Never thought to post this before now. Went on a ride to Wales the other weekend and the tip there on the storm was fantastic. Had a great day out un-till I rode back. I kept getting really bad pains in my knees. So bad I was having to stop every 30-40miles as I was in so much pain. The...

Re: This could be the future of wireless networking
That is a great idea. Straingly enough me and a lad at work were talking about a wireless system today that uses you power cables in your house to transmit the internet. Can't remember what the company is called but you plug your main internet connection into this box and plug it into the wall. Then...

Re: Suspension settings VTR
Is there a suggested rear shock for someone of my weight. I do also ride 2 up a bit also so it would have to be suitable to make any adjustments needed for 2 of us.

Re: What to buy first....
No the CCT's have not been done yet. I have been looking at getting them done but I do not have the space in which to do them safely, i.e not loosing anything/in case it rains ect. Also I'm not feeling so confident on doing them myself. Me and words do not go down to well, often miss read stuff so a...

Re: What to buy first....
Haha I get your point. Does make sense to get the leathers first as the most expensive and needing them with having more money at the moment. Just can not wait to get all my bits and pieces for the bike

What to buy first....
I have managed to compile a list of bits and pieces I want to buy for the bike but unsure what to buy first. There all just things I want rather than need. Well apart from 1 item. The list consists of things for the bike and a new set of leathers. The leathers I want are the RST slide 2piece suit £3...
