On my last firestorm i fitted Arrow cans, dynojet kit (used the middle jet size) and K&N filter. it ran spot on like that, after a while i did take it to a dyno to check and it was sweet, also for the track i ran a std filter wih just the gauze (paper removed) it still ran sweet with the same ...

Got fed up looking for firestorm cans so bought some very cheap ebay bargain link s/h pipes, then found some as new Beawulf warrior cans from a Hayabusa. fitted them this eve, havn't had a chance to ride it yet but sounds nice just running it up, bit of popping and banging though and didn't seem to ...

Just bought a VTR (Bloody top fun......) anyway, it is wearing quite new Diablo boots, and in fairness they are ok.....however i have found them a little vague on the front..... Have just sold a GSXR 7.5 that was wearing Pilot 3.......top top top tyre!!!!!!......will be switching back when the VTR ...

Just fitted Pirelli diablo rosso 2,s. £200 but came with £25 cashback voucher so £175. Only done aobut 5 miles, just to scrub them in, feel nice and neutral...Bet i don't get 2000 miles out of the rear though

I know the racing section Isn't overly active, but as it's here I'd like to add a request, could we please title threads about race weekend as just the event ie, "sliverstone motogp" followed by "spoiler" that way those who have recorded stuff don't find out before they want to. I'll be watching ...

I agree with leevtr, you lot are undervalueing the bike, this sort of thing seems typical of owners forums, i've seen it alot but can't really understand why ?, you value your bikes personally but not monetarily ?? What did the dealer say was wrong with the forks ?, did they change the top bushes ? If the chrome on the fork legs is in good condition and not worn away then i'd say the bushes are worn. Make sure the chrome is smooth, take off any raised edges with a bit of fine wet and dry, don't rub too hard ...
