Your led lights may be causing the problem, I remember reading somewhere that led indicator lights may need a different relay due to their lower power drain may be worth looking into this

Looks like a powerbronze hugger, same as I have fitted to my storm, MacV2 is correct the mounting bracket is missing , the bracket fits under the two rear brake hose mounting clips and inside the hugger see photo
