You want to get some carbide tools for working on Ti. Carbide burrs will get through it no problem, with a slow spindle speed and plenty of lubricant.

Have you done any FEA on the stem design?
I see that the wall thickness of your 7075 stem is considerably greater than the original steel tube, but the steel is significantly less prone to stress corrosion cracking and fatigue cracking.

I'll take £100 + delivery for one once they're finished. I can't say when that will be though, as the shop is pretty loaded up at the moment
Anodising will be a bit extra, I'll have to go out for quote first though to find out exactly how much.
