Folks, this morning i had a lot of spluttering as if it was running really low on fuel, i had covered 115 miles since last fill up and when i did fuel up the tank would only take 14.5 ltrs. Sorry Gilson i was being a numpty and didnt read your post correctly.

So the vacum pipe can cause the bike to run poorly if connected wrongly. I will have a gander in the haynes manual and see if i can suss the routing you are describing.

Sorry should have also said Benny that there isnt any oil shown in the area you mention. Any other thoughts, i think I will take the tank off and have a look around. It couldnt be the seal at the filler could it?
