I had exactly the same issue on mine ON TRACK with 208GP's on but it completely disappeared once I put Rennsports on it
Never had the issue on the road with BRidgestones and Pirelli's on it

Except in reality what happens is that it sags onto the springs using up the soft travel before running along normally on the middle weight Better off sticking with linear springs coz the damping oil in the shocks naturally provides a rising rate effect. As the air gap compresses you get firmer fork...

Does it still drip if you turn the petrol off under the tank?
Could be a split diaphram in the fuel tap

Ben
PS remember to turn the tap back on again when you re-assemble
PPS yes I have learnt the hard way

Tana It sounds like you are not happy with the lower to mid-range push The answer is very simple -fit a new free flow filter I have a Pipercross but to be honest this gives more at the top end as it is a large surface area My recommendation from personal experience is to get a K&N The dyno graph...

I wouldnt be quite so peed off if I actually had the time to spend sorting it

The whole reason for deciding to let the Storm go was that I wanted something I coud just clean and ride without having to spend large amounts of time working on

Well its been a very up and down weekend Squeezed 20 mins in the garage moving the levers, lubing the throttle &fiddling with the suspension Then managed to get out for an early run on saturday (6.30am) Big transformation Riding position is now not a wrist breaker :) Suspension now absorbs bumps...

Bens top tip While you are experimenting, pu the sidestand down and then stand on the right side of the bike If it overbalances and goes away from you the stand will catch it If it comes towards you, fling yourself underneath it  Ben PS the above does not apply to StormInATeacup coz the bobbins...

00 Its got a 180 on the rear and TBH I like my bike to fall into corners sharply so have no urgency to change it WRT the damper, yes its the adjustable Ohlins one and I've wound it right off. Next step is to remove it and see how that feels 8O by all accounts but we'll see I've stripped and lubed th...

You can make your own from some deep Halfords sockets

Or cut down some alloy tube

Or I got some proper Remus ones from Hein Gericke after buying my Remus cans

Mike, It is definitely heavier on the wrists than my Storm That said I dont know how much of that is due to things like the levers set too high etc But the pegs are actually more comfortable Solorider, It is so much fitter everywhere -the difference is crystal Admittedly the injection makes the take...
