2 examples - guy on a Gold Wing outfit, wheelchair on hydraulic lift on back of chai
and a bloke i met in Wales with a Gixer1100 chair. Rode it one legged, and NOT SLOW

my greatest admiration to the both of 'em, and to your learner, Fireman.

I wasn't there, but several of the wetmidsriders.co.uk lads/lasses were.

They meet there regularly. Sign on the website and the times are usually posted on the message boards.

There's several storms in the group, apart from mine! We could do with another Darksider!!

300 squids would pay parts and labour for a major service. The guy was being an arsehole.

Take your business elsewhere. Cowboys like that don't deserve to be in business.

I had a smell something like that due to coolant leakage.
I'd had the bike on it's side on the drive (short story - fell off sidestand when I was lubing the chain  )
It went away when the overflow emptied. Made a bit of a mess of the LHS crankcases for a bit though

Sorry to hear that Stu.
Mind, if they know about it they can cure it! (I'm on two different drugs for blood pressure - one is a diuretic - handy at pub time!)

Thinking of you and the family

I agree with Druid.
Costs about 15 squids this side of the water, then OK to the full speed rating.

Nice sig Druid, BTW
